Ryan’s stalker was arrested after trying to enter E! Entertainment Studio armed with a knife. Seacrest was granted a restraining order against the man for suspicion of stalking. Chidi Uzomah was already on probation for attacking Ryan’s security guards.
In court documents Ryan stated, “His aggressive and violent efforts to come into physical contact with me are extremely frightening to me. They have jeopardized not only my personal safety but also the safety and well-being of those around me.”

The President is lifting a ban on people with HIV/AIDS entering the United States. HIV/AIDS was added to the non-entry infectious list in 1987. President Obama says,”If we want to be the global leader in combating HIV/Aids, we need to act like it.” Surprisingly, Bush had already started the process of lifting the ban. By lifting the ban, it will allow over 500,000 people to receive treatment and support.
Lil’Wayne can’t catch a break these days. Now, there is a lawsuit against he and Birdman for copyright infringement. Thomas Marasciullo is claiming his voice was sampled on several of their hit songs and has not been paid. Furthermore, they didn’t ask his permission to use his voice in songs such as “Respect”, “Like Father, Like Son” , and ” 5 Star Stunna”. Cash Money Records and Universal Music group are also included in the lawsuit. It is not being said how much $$ he is seeking in damages at this time.
Umm did we miss something? The Real Housewives of Atlanta Reunion was really really quiet. The entire season was truly blah seriously and the reunion was just “DEAD” no pun intended. I just think maybe this show has run its course…no fire, no spunk, no nothing. The most interesting thing was hearing Kandi’s discovery of A.J.’s death, but we’re tired of hearing about that by now. My best friend has been living with breast cancer now for 8 Years and I witnessed her breast cancer discovery, surgery to remove one of her breasts, and now it has spread to her bones. She has to do chemo twice a week and take medication daily. She has 2 children and I’ve seen her literally breakdown to me saying how she doesn’t want to leave her children. It was so sad!

The brother of the man who killed a member of rapper TI’s entourage in 2006 admitted his role Wednesday in the murder but he likely won’t face any additional prison time for it.Thomas, 41, pleaded guilty Wednesday to manslaughter, tampering with evidence and five counts of felonious assault.
Thomas admitted he was driving a vehicle north on Interstate 75 in a May 3, 2006, incident when his younger brother, Hosea Thomas, fired several shots into vans carrying TI and his friends. The rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris, wasn’t hit but his friend Philant “Big Phil” Johnson was killed and three others wounded.
Hosea Thomas was convicted in a 2008 trial – partly because his brother testified against him – and sent to prison for 66 years to life by Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Ralph “Ted” Winkler.
The killing was unsolved until Padron Thomas was arrested on federal drug and gun charges and prosecutors struck a deal with him.
In exchange for testifying against his brother, prosecutors allowed Padron Thomas, originally charged with murder, to plead to the lesser charges. He also is allowed to serve his prison sentence in Wednesday’s conviction – he and prosecutors agreed to 10 years – at the same time as the 17-year federal prison sentence he is serving on the gun and drug charges.
That means he’ll serve no additional time for his role in Johnson’s murder.
The original charges against Padron Thomas carried a maximum prison sentence of 55 years.
Padron Thomas also was charged with tampering with evidence for painting the vehicle he was driving that night a different color.
The official sentencing date is Nov. 17 but the judge indicated Wednesday he will impose the 10-year sentence and allow it to run at the same time as Thomas’ federal prison sentence.
Hosea Thomas was upset he’d been hit in the head with a bottle at a Roselawn party attended by TI and his posse following a concert. Enraged, he got in the vehicle and the brothers chased the rapper’s van up the interstate before Hosea Thomas opened fire.
Hosea Thomas is eligible for parole in 2074 when he is 100 years old.

As the moment of truth, arrived I felt an immediate connection with Eric Benet, as I approached the green room and shook hands with him. We sat on a leather black loveseat and locked eyes in a one on one interview. The 2009 Grammy nominee , has always posessed the ”IT” factor, had the right words for the ladies and a love movement. As I started our interview, I felt his calmness from within exude the room. I embraced his presence and fed off his energy as we talked about his life, music, and love for his beautiful daughter India and much more. Check out my one on one interview .
Stylista KT: At what age did you begin singing and what inspired you to become a singer?
Benet: I have been singing as long as I can remember. I’m the baby and all my older siblings would sing and figure out harmonies to songs, and play instruments that was just the environment I grew up in . So I was probably singing before I was talking. I knew I wanted to become a singer probably somewhere along the time I realized I would hear music and arrangements and stuff in my head. I thought everybody heard that stuff. Somewhere around the age of 14 or 15 I wrote my first song. (Pauses and laughs) I know it was just family and friends but they were feeling it and I was feeling it, so I was like I think i would like to do this.
Stylista KT: What’s your formula for staying successful with the music business?
Benet: Authenticity. Not trying to chase a sound, and not trying to keep up with what’s hot at the moment. Just staying real with whatever passion it was that made you fall in love with the craft, listen to that.
Stylista KT: What’s do you see as your biggest accomplishment that your proud of in your music career or personal life ?
Benet: (pauses and smiles) What I’m most proud of in my life is my daughter and the way she is and the woman she’s turned into. In my music career, I’m just proud of the fact that after 20 years I’m still basically unwavering still doing the same damn thing I did before how I used to do it and people are still feeling it. So I’m proud of that!
Stylista KT: If you had a once in a lifetime opportunity to make a difference or change the world what would do or how would change the world?
Benet: (Thinks to himself.) A puppy for everybody ( We both laugh and I agree that’s a good one!) I don’t know that’s like a real difficult question i think probably if i could just wave a magic wand and people were able to really listen to where the other person is coming from . If somehow I could make people feel more empathy for other people’s situations you know there would probably be less discourse in the world.
Stylista KT: What’s your favorite song to perform on your tour and why?
Benet: On this particular tour my favorite song to perform is “Chocolate Legs”. “Chocolate Legs” is one of those songs that was released before the album was released I tested it. It’s one of those songs where the first time I played it people never heard it before and they just loved it.
Stylista KT: Yeah, that is my favorite song off the album and I had to ask you about it.

This is alarming that we still have RACIST FOOLS still in the world living amongst us. According to Bossip.com “The Republican National Committee’s Facebook page raised eyebrows after a racist picture appeared on the group’s fan page. A “fan” of the committee posted a picture of President Obama eating a piece of fried chicken with a caption that reads:“Miscegenation is a crime against American values. Repeal Loving v. Virginia.” Meaning that racial mixing is against “American Values”! Repeal Loving – This is so evil you want to stop people from loving each other because of they’re color…you need to keep hiding in your barns!
Anyways, apparently there used to be a law forbidding mixed marriages in 1967 in which this Repeal Loving v. Virginia is referring to…the photo has since been removed.
This is sad but true and we need to realize that although racists are outnumbered they’re still here thanks to mix racing they’ll soon disappear all together but we’ll have something else to deal with. I am just assuming this person is a white racist but they could very well be of any race we just need to realize that by the glory of GOD we’re all mixed by Evolution we are all from the root – African Descendants that evolved into Asians, White, Latinos, Indians etc. we’re all the same stop fighting about this.

A woman wrote a ridiculously grammatically incorrect letter to BET stating that she is appalled by Toya’s picture. Let’s remember she is an American Citizen and has the right of Freedom of Expression..Who are YOU to take it away?
My honest opinion ( no one has to agree that’s your right as an American Citizen) is that its just a freaking hand gun. She is not promoting violence it’s like she’s showing off her new car; a proud moment. It’s obvious she thought the gun was different and wanted to share it with everyone.
Stop going over board about things that are not so serious. There are kids out here beating each other to death and your concern is a picture of a gun. Hell, why don’t you fight all the gun magazines for showing their guns do something bigger! Stop judging one another and criticizing each other over little things like this.

A Florida man was charged with attempted murder when he allegedly severely beat a man he suspected of molesting his 3-year-old son, police said.
Luke Petruschke, 38, stayed overnight at Manuel Vidal Vega’s South Florida home, and was about to leave when Vega, 27, and his neighbor, Krish Carter, 33, accosted Petruschke, accusing him of having molested Vega’s son, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported Saturday.
Police responded to a 911 call from a neighbor who had witnessed the attack, and found the severely beaten man, the newspaper reported, adding police had also come to Vega’s home in response to a call about a child molestation.
“That is my son, man. What would you do?” Vega allegedly said when police came to arrest him.
Vega and Carter were arrested and held Saturday night without bail at the Broward County Jail.
Petruschke was taken to a hospital, put in a medically induced coma and sent to intensive care, the newspaper said.
If Petruschke recovers, he will be charged with lewd and lascivious molestation, police said.

STORRS, Conn. – The lawyer for a 21-year-old man charged with killing University of Connecticut football player Jasper Howard says his client was trying to break up a fight and was not involved in the stabbing that took the starting cornerback’s life.
John William Lomax III is charged with murder and conspiracy to commit assault in connection with Howard’s death outside a school-sanctioned dance on Oct. 18. He is being held in lieu of $2 million bond.
Lomax‘s lawyer, Deron Freeman, said he was first told Lomax would be charged in connection with the fight during which Howard was stabbed, but not with murder.
“I’m surprised,” Freeman said. “I’m curious to find out what evidence they had to secure an arrest warrant for murder. … From all the evidence I’ve heard, he was not involved in the stabbing.”
Lomax wasn’t present when the argument started and doesn’t know what it was about, but tried to break up the fight and didn’t stab anyone, Freeman said.
Another man, Hakim Muhammad, 20, was charged with conspiracy to commit assault. Both live in Bloomfield, around 30 miles from the UConn campus, and are scheduled to make their first court appearances Wednesday morning.
Neither suspect is expected to enter a plea, and both cases are expected to be transferred to a court that handles serious crimes.
A third man, Jamal Todd, 21, of Hartford, was arrested Tuesday on a felony charge of falsely reporting an incident and misdemeanor reckless endangerment for allegedly pulling a fire alarm that emptied the dance early that Sunday morning. He is free after posting a $5,000 bond and is due in court next month.
None of those arrested is a UConn student.
Police have said Howard was stabbed during a fight that started after the dance was evacuated. Several other football players were with him, but none have been charged. UConn football coach Randy Edsall said he hasn’t heard that any player was involved in anything other than “verbal jostling.”
The case files have been sealed because the investigation is continuing, and police have not provided any details about the fight.
Lomax, a Bloomfield High School graduate who works in information technology, goes by the nickname Pooda. He last logged into his MySpace page in March, when he listed his occupation as “taking care of my daughter.”
On his Facebook page, Lomax’s friends include Muhammad and 21-year-old Johnny Hood of Hartford, who was arrested last week and faces charges of breach of peace and interfering with police.
Police would not discuss evidence or a motive during a news conference Tuesday. Investigators conducted more than 200 interviews and “have not stopped working,” UConn police chief Robert Hudd said.
Howard, whose nickname was Jazz, died hours after helping his team to a homecoming game win over Louisville. He was 20.
The entire UConn football team attended his funeral Monday in Miami. Players said they were happy that an arrest was made, but that it was of little comfort.
“It is a little closure, but the reality is my teammate’s still not here with us,” said running back Jordan Todman.
Several players said Tuesday that they had never heard of Lomax and don’t know how he and Howard crossed paths.
“I know that his mother is very excited that someone is being charged with this crime. That’s all I’ve been really thinking about, just how his family is doing,” said defensive tackle Kendall Reyes.
Greg Lloyd, a junior linebacker, said the team is relieved that someone is being held accountable for Howard’s death.
“I wish only that it didn’t happen at all so at least I can have my teammate back,” he said. “It’s unreal grief for the family, unreal grief for his friends — it’s just a shame.”

Can some one give Gossipinbitches.com a reality show because everyone is becoming reality show stars. Back in the day you had to be an actor/actress to be on t.v, not anymore. Freddyo.com is reporting that Keyshia Cole’s sister Elite and Neffe’s best friend/stylist Dariel are getting there own reality show. The show is basically centered around them grinding and making there own way. Elite is apparently becoming a rapper and will be in and out the studio and Dariel will show him grinding in the hair salon. They are also saying this show will be as real as any reality show can get.
Michael Jackson’s “This is it” movie was a star studded event. Everyone came out to see the movie. Of course, his brothers were there to support the movie. Will Smith, Jennifer Lopez, and Paula Abdul were a few of the celebs that went to see his final performance. Michael’s kids didn’t attend this preview. They will have a private viewing of their Dad’s final show.
I’m sure Koppertone will go see it. So, she will be giving you a review soon. Sorry I can’t do it. Just too sad!
