According to obsthisjustin.blogspot.com the Charlotte resident’s third studio album, “Back To Me,” debuted this week at No. 1 on Billboard’s R&B Albums chart and at No. 2 on Billboard’s Top 200 Albums chart, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

With more than 117,000 units sold since its Aug. 24 release on J Records, “Back To Me” marks Fantasia’s first No. 1 R&B album and her highest Billboard Top 200 chart ranking.

The 26-year-old High Point native, winner of the third season of “American Idol,” has granted several interviews in the wake of her suicide attempt last month, talking about what led up to it — namely, her affair with a married man (Antwaun Cook, a T-Mobile salesman).

From the looks of this picture Mariah will be bigger than most during her pregnancy, She’s speculated to be  about 3 or 4 months which would put her in her first trimester. One thing we must remember is that Mariah is not young anymore and it’s harder when your older to carry a baby for nine months,  she will also  experience a change in her body that she will most likely not understand. According to Box Office Mojo Takers and The Last Exorcism delivered sizable debuts in a near photo finish for the weekend top spot, while Avatar’s Special Edtion relaunch yielded modest numbers. Overall weekend business was off eight percent from the same timeframe last year, when The Final Destination led.

In Sunday’s studio estimates, The Last Exorcism was barely ahead with $21.3 million versus Takers’ $21 million, propped up by its $9.4 million Friday. But Takers led on Saturday and gained the overall weekend lead when Sunday’s returns were counted. Both pictures, though, were overestimated, as were most movies.

Takers wound up bagging $21 million on approximately 2,600 screens at 2,206 locations. The heist thriller tripled the start of Armored, and it came in only a bit behind last summer’s higher-profile The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3. Its initial attendance was also nearly 50 percent greater than similar titles like Dead Presidents, ATL and Street Kings. Distributor Sony Pictures’ research showed that 52 percent of Takers’ audience was female and 51 percent under 25 years old.

Yesterday Tiny sent out this picture on her Twitter page of her new pink hair and explained that T.I asked her to do and she will always give him what he wants. I’m not a big fan of the different hair colors and don’t really like this look for her, the red hair to me was the best look she has had in a long time. The producer denied reports that he attempted suicide after an expensive watch was stolen from him

Timbaland is denying TMZ’s report that he tried to commit suicide.

According to MTV, the music producer denied the report while he appeared on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show this morning.

TMZ reported that Timbaland tried to commit suicide after a $2 million watch was stolen from his house.

The producer set the record straight while talking to Seacrest. “People steal from me all the time,” Timbaland said. “Something did happen. That wasn’t a watch. It was something else.”

The producer’s family was reportedly worried after seeing Timbaland upset over the theft. When his family members couldn’t find him, they decided to call the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department. A police helicopter located him and brought him home, Billboard reports.

Timbaland explained how he only left to take a drive and think about things. “Only thing I did was take a drive and figure out how I’m gonna handle it,” he said.

“I wasn’t talking, so I guess people got worried. I tell people if my mom ain’t calling or my brothers or my best friend, ain’t nothing to talk about. … Now why would I commit suicide? I could buy what was stolen.

“I’m gonna address this one time and one time only..

@Monicamylife and I are life partners.. We have 2 beautiful kids together and I have the utmost respect for her. But just to set the record str8 her and I broke up October 09.. That’s almost a year ago.. Why all of this is still being discussed I have no idea.. I am very happy that Monica has found someone else in which she can be happy with. But I felt the need to address this issue after being informed that my name was mentioned today in a blog in a negative manner. Just to set the record str8 I am a stand up dude. I have morals and live by certain principles and codes. I would not stand for my name to be associated with any of this he say she say immaturity.
Moving forward I would appreciate if the media respect my privacy and not mention my name when referring to Monica’s present or future personal relationships…
I don’t have the time nor luxury to be concerned with other peoples lives right now I’m too focused on my own!
I’d like to apologize to my twitter fam for the neglect. I’ve been overwhelmed shooting my debut film thru my new A1 film company and finishing up my sophomore album ” 1 of 1″ both scheduled for a jan. 2011 release.

According to Stuff.co  a German pop star has been arrested for allegedly infecting an ex-lover with the HIV virus.

Police have arrested Nadja Benaissa, 26, on suspicion of infecting a man by having unprotected sex, prosecutors said.

“There is an urgent suspicion that the accused had unprotected sexual intercourse with three people in the years 2004 and 2006 without indicating beforehand that she was HIV positive,” said the prosecutors.

Benaissa’s lawyers said there was no evidence that their client had acted in a criminal way.

Benaissa is a singer in Germany’s most successful girl band, No Angels.

According to TMZ.com Tiger and Elin were both present at Bay County Circuit Court in Panama City, Florida earlier today for the execution of their divorce agreement … court officials have confirmed.

The divorce docs do not reveal details about the split — and the terms of the settlement was not disclosed.

Elin’s lawyers released the following statement on behalf of the couple: “We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future.”

The statement continues, “While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us.”

“Once we came to the decision that our marriage was at an end, the primary focus of our amicable discussions has been to ensure their future well-being. The weeks and months ahead will not be easy for them as we adjust to a new family situation, which is why our privacy must be a principal concern.”

According to TMZ.com Dwyane Wade‘s actress GF Gabrielle Union just won big in her legal battle against Dwyane’s ex-wife — as of last week, she’s officially in the clear over charges that she got too sexy in front of Dwyane’s kids.

It’s all over a lawsuit the basketball star’s ex-wife Siohvaughn Wade (right) filed a few months ago — claiming her and Dwyane’s kids were left scarred when Gabrielle and the Miami Heat guard engaged in “sexual foreplay” in front of them.

Both Dwyane and Gabrielle denied the allegations — calling them “erroneous claims” — and last week, a judge in Illinois officially dismissed Siohvaughn’s lawsuit, citing improper jurisdiction.

Gabrielle’s lawyer — who called the lawsuit a “shame” and a “waste of time” — tells TMZ, “The allegations against Ms. Union are completely false and do not belong in the Illinois Court System.”
