A clearly upset LiLo sat and listened as Judge Revel ordered Lindsay’s surrender.  But before Lindsay was cuffed and taken away, the judge ordered all cameras to stop rolling.

Judge Revel made it clear — no house arrest, and no early release.  But that doesn’t mean Lindsay will have to serve the full 90 days.  The Sheriff’s Department will use the 90 days to compute the actual time Lindsay will have to serve, and because of overcrowding, she will only serve 25% … 23 days.

Lindsay didn’t cry.  When she was cuffed she was stoic.

Outside court, LiLo’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said Lindsay had “stepped up and accepted responsibility” — and that LiLo was as scared as anyone would be who’s heading to the slammer.

According to TMZ.com Judge Marsha Revel sentenced LiLo after an incredulous prosecutor, Danette Meyers, told the judge that Lohan has been thumbing her nose at the court.

The evidence was loud and clear today — Lindsay violated probation by failing to attend her alcohol ed classes based on the schedule set by the judge.  There were lots of excuses, but ultimately they didn’t fly.

The judge said there was a pattern of violations since Lindsay was placed on probation in 2007 following her plea bargain in her DUI case.

Lindsay broke down as she addressed the court, telling the judge, “I did the best I could.”

Lindsay dissolved into tears when the judge imposed the sentence.

Lohan must surrender on July 20 in Judge Revel’s court.

LINDSAY Lohan was allegedly beaten up by on/off girlfriend Samantha Ronson, and had the scars to prove it. The friend said: “One time I saw Lindsay and she had a large welt on her head. She told me that Sam beat the s**t out of her. She also said that Sam even punched and choked her one time.”

Although they have officially broken up, the two women still have regular contact with each other, which makes things hard on Lindsay. The friend added to Radar Online: “It’s so twisted.
